More Wyoming - Dad takes us to work to tour the C-130s

Camden joined us out on the flight line to get an inside peek. The kids were thrilled to learn about Dad's plane.

More Wyoming Fun - Birthdays - Jeff's early 50th celebration and Kennedy's 4th

The Hayes family graciously put us up for the week and hosted Jeff's 50th surprise birthday. Kennedy also celebrated her 4th. Lots of celebrating!

Wyoming Trip - UW vs Texas

Tailgating Laramie style

Our brave friends, Greg & Negin, made the trek with Shirin. Greg quickly made friends with the locals - even trading shirts!

Beautiful game day

Ahrey and Jeff

What a great weekend! Kaden, Kennedy, and Mom flew out to see Dad (he worked in Cheyenne the month of September). We had the opportunity to go to the Texas/Wyoming game. The Cowboys held their own for most of the game. Despite the outcome for the Pokes, lots of fun was had by all, reconnecting with old friends.

Weekend at Grannie and Papa's

Lots of swimming

Kaden made a new friend at the barn - Gordo the cat

So proud!

Kim and Papa went for a ride. I miss my Hog!

Kaden's Day out with Mom

Aunt Monky, Zachary, Kaden & Mom spent the afternoon at Austin's Park & Pizza. Lots of fun!

Kaden says "Goodbye Montessori, Hello Kindergarten!"

The front porch first day of school shot

No first day jitters here! Kaden's teacher is our neighbor, so it was so nice for him to be with a familiar face.

Kennedy's first in July

Kennedy Family Reunion in Kansas

Kennedy and Chloe went on their trip with Grannie and Papa in the motorhome. One of the final stops took them to Kansas where we met up with everyone to celebrate our cousin's wedding. The kids had a great time on the farm - lots of tractor rides, trampoline jumping, horse rides, and running in the pastures. Above is a photo of four generations of Kennedys - with four generations in the painting above on the same couch! My dad is the little boy in the painting.

We made it!
Wow - more than 7 months since our last post! YIKES! Do we still have any followers? I decided I better update the blog if I mentioned it in the Christmas card. Here we go on the catch up...
