WILDFLOWERS IN TEXAS HILL COUNTRY

Sibling love amongst the bluebonnets

More love...

Our true colors are shining through - "Mom - enough! When do we get our candy?"

OUR FIRST CAMPING TRIP
Kaden & Dad did a little fishing. Here's Kaden's first catch - a little perch.

A good-sized catfish that did a lot of talking

S'mores by the campfire

Thanks, Greg & Negin, for joining us. We enjoyed some delicious vegan cuisine for dinner and breakfast. They were quite the troopers - putting up with questionable reservations, a scenic campsite next to the boat ramp, and the entertainment of a 2 & 4 year old.

A morning hike by Somerville Lake

How much trouble can two kids get into as Dad supervises while Mom steps into the grocery store?

EASTER

Kennedy was much more interested in sampling along the way.

Kaden quickly filled his basket, though.

The egg-hunting crew

Lots of blogging to catch up on....

After a hard day at school - can you tell we have a little bit of fun?

Kaden's first kite-flying experience. Just seconds later, the kite broke from the string. Dad and Kaden went climbing over the neighbor's fence to fetch it.

ROCK CHALK, JAYHAWKS!

Go KU! What a great game! All of Mom's screaming didn't wake Kaden & Kennedy. My little fans will be happy to hear about it in the morning. Kennedy pulled at my heart strings with "GO JAYHAWKS" during dinner and Kaden loves to do the chant with me.
