Tractor trikes! We should have had some of these, especially growing up in Wyoming!

All smiles out of the rain.

Kaden is king of the tire hill.

Four little monkeys climbing on a gate.

A brotherly escort.

Get this cow moving - we've got other things to see and do!

Chloe & Zachary waiting for the rain to pass.

Kennedy the daredevil.

Chloe says girls can be dirty too!

Kaden & Zachary being boys in the dirt.

Fun at a farm in Northern Virginia in the Appalachians. We dodged a few thunderstorms with hail to take in the country life.
The four rugrats

Kennedy & Kaden snacking and dancing to Rocknoceros at Jammin' Java. We made a morning at this great coffeehouse by day (by night a bar with great live music).

Burning energy at the local mall play area.

Miss Chloe is all smiles. "Cheese!"

Fun with our cousins. The Milonovich's decided to spend their spring break in balmy DC, too. Didn't you know we're the next Daytona Beach?
Camden and Chloe (not pictured) couldn't hold out for the egg hunt. It's tough being one!

Kennedy & Zachary on the prowl.

Tatum

The hunters

Baylor surveys his loot.

Kaden & Zachary checking out their finds.

Finally - Easter is here! The house was full - 14 slept under one roof and we had 17 for dinner. Menu - ham and lots of candy!

Scott thinking to himself, "Kim & Jeff better have us on the right metro, or we're calling a cab for the nearest hotel - maybe even the Mandarin Oriental."

Camden & Kennedy in the binky wars. Poor Camden was molested by Kennedy all week. If she wasn't stealing his binky, she was trying to kiss him.

10-4 good buddy - trucking with Kaden at the Postal museum.

Kennedy's war wounds from Arlington.

Tatum makes a pretty good duck call - maybe Dad will take her hunting next season.

Baylor and Judy being quacky.

Amy & Kennedy on the DC Duck tour on the Potomac - Wyoming winds and a bit chilly.

We had a great week with our friends from Cheyenne - Amy & Scott and their family. We were quite the crew - all ten of us! Despite wrong metro choices, almost being 86ed from the capitol, and bomb scares in the museum, it was a wonderful week.

OUR ADVENTURE IN DC WITH THE HAYES FAMILY
A kiss from the prince

Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC

"Mom, I'm a good finder!"

And Kennedy's obsession with "ee-ee"s continues...

Kaden's obsession with bunnies continues...

Another Easter celebration at Kaden's school. Tons of fun - pony rides, bouncey castle, petting farm, and of course an Easter egg hunt.
Kennedy had a little too much fun

Hiking at Burke Lake Park

Enjoying some fun in the sun. We had 80 degree days!
He wasn't nearly as impressed with the big guy.

We celebrated Easter over a few weekends. At a Spring celebration in Dumfries, Kaden made quick pals with a cute little bunny. Rabbit fever hit Kaden quicker than his Dad. Jeff was much more convincing, though, talking his parents into a pet bunny that had a memorable summer. Ask him for the details sometime.

Lots of blogging to catch up to.....
